Request e-Tax Invoice

An order receipt is provided for all purchases made through our online stores or in-store. For online orders, the receipt will be available for download via the shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

For all in-store orders, as well as online orders shipped within Thailand or picked up in-store, an e-Tax Invoice can be requested via this form within 3 calendar days of the order date. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed, and an e-Tax Invoice will not be issued.

Upon successful submission of all required information, the e-Tax Invoice will be sent via email within 24 hours of the request or shipment, whichever occurs later.

If you do not receive the e-Tax Invoice, please check your junk or spam folder before contact us.

If any details need to be amended after the e-Tax Invoice has been issued, please contact us within 3 calendar days from the date the email was sent. Please note that amendments are limited to one time only.
