Payment Policy


This Payment Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Payment currency for purchases made via our websites is Thai Baht (THB). Whilst the content of your cart might be displayed in your selected currency, the currency conversion is provided only as a reference. the OBJECT ROOM uses online payment gateways - 2C2P and PayPal, to process all card and e-wallet payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted by your selected payment gateway. the OBJECT ROOM also accepts offline payment by QR PromptPay, bank transfer (via ATM, branch, internet banking and mobile banking) and LINE Pay as a payment option. By using an either online or offline payment method, your card, e-wallet or bank account details will not be saved by us.

the OBJECT ROOM does not charge any convenience fee, service fee, card or bank fee, currency exchange fee or any transactional fee by using any payment method we provided. However, if your card, e-wallet, or PayPal account’s main currency is other than Thai Baht (THB), you may be charged for foreign transaction fees by the provider. Please note that the OBJECT ROOM is not responsible for such fees. Please contact your card or e-wallet provider for more information.

No payment shall be deemed to have been received until we have received payment in cleared funds. Payments made via online payment gateway are authorised immediately, whilst offline payments’ clearance times can vary, which depends on your bank and/or the payment option that you have selected.

Tax Invoice & Receipt

An order receipt is provided for all purchases made through our online stores or in-store. For online orders, the receipt will be available for download via the shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

For all in-store orders, as well as online orders shipped within Thailand or picked up in-store, an e-Tax Invoice can be requested via the Request e-Tax Invoice page within 3 calendar days of the order date. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed, and an e-Tax Invoice will not be issued.

Upon successful submission of all required information, the e-Tax Invoice will be sent via email within 24 hours of the request or shipment, whichever occurs later.

If you do not receive the e-Tax Invoice, please check your junk or spam folder before contact us.

If any details need to be amended after the e-Tax Invoice has been issued, please contact us within 3 calendar days from the date the email was sent. Please note that amendments are limited to one time only.

For orders shipped outside of Thailand, an e-Tax Invoice will be sent automatically via email within 24 hours of shipment.

Credit Card & e-Wallet

the OBJECT ROOM online stores accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB, Diners Club International and Discover cards, as well as Alipay and WeChat Pay e-wallet through 2C2P payment gateway.

You will be redirected to 2C2P to process your payment. "2C2P *THEOBJECTROOM" will appear on the cardholder’s or e-wallet’s statement for any transactions made. All card and e-wallet online payment transactions are secure and encrypted.

There is no surcharge from us for using cards or e-wallets as your payment option. However, if your card or e-wallet’s main currency is other than Thai Baht (THB), your card or e-wallet provider may charge foreign transaction fees. Please note that the OBJECT ROOM is not responsible for such fees. Please contact your card or e-wallet provider for more information.

QR PromptPay

the OBJECT ROOM online stores accept offline payment by QR PromptPay through Kasikornbank K SHOP.

Once you have completed your order, your order will be pending. We will send you an order confirmation email, with our PromptPay QR Code and payment instruction.

We will be able to verify your payment momentarily, and payment slip is not required to send to us. We will process your order once the payment has been identified.

There is no surcharge from us for using QR PromptPay as your payment option. However, your bank may charge a transaction fee based on your bank account product type. Please note that the OBJECT ROOM is not responsible for such a fee. Please contact your bank for more information.

Bank Transfer

the OBJECT ROOM online stores accept offline payment by bank transfer (via ATM, branch, internet banking and mobile banking) as a payment option for our Thailand customers.

Please note that we are not able to accept international bank transfers through Telegraphic Transfer (TT) for our international customers.

Once you have completed your order, your order will be pending. We will send you an order confirmation email, with our bank information and payment instruction.

To verify your payment made via bank transfer, a payment slip (photo of bank deposit slip or transfer confirmation) is required before we proceed further with your order.

We will process your order once the payment has been cleared into our bank account. Please be in mind that payment clearance times can vary, which depends on your bank.

Kasikornbank is our dedicated bank. You may make a cash deposit at one of the Kasikornbank branches or ATMs. To use internet banking or mobile banking to transfer payment, you are required to have such a service setup before making a payment.

There is no surcharge from us for using bank transfer as your payment option. However, your bank may charge a transaction fee based on your bank account product type. Please note that the OBJECT ROOM is not responsible for such a fee. Please contact your bank for more information.

LINE Pay

LINE Pay

the OBJECT ROOM online stores accept offline payment through LINE Pay. Please note that customer with LINE Pay account registered outside of Thailand, may have restriction on the use of credit card type or LINE Pay balance based on the account registered countries or regions.

Once you have completed your order, your order will be pending. We will send you an order confirmation email, with our LINE Pay QR Code and payment instruction.

However, if your LINE Pay account’s or credit card's main currency is other than Thai Baht (THB), LINE Pay or your credit card provider may charge for foreign transactions fees. Please note that the OBJECT ROOM is not responsible for such fees. Please contact LINE Pay or your credit card provider for more information.

PayPal

PayPal

the OBJECT ROOM online stores accept online payment through PayPal for orders ships outside of Thailand. Please note that PayPal may have restrictions on the use of card type or PayPal balance based on the account registered countries or regions.

You will be redirected to PayPal to process your payment. PayPal account is required to complete the payment transaction. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will have the option to create one. Please note that the OBJECT ROOM does not use the PayPal Guest Checkout option. "PAYPAL *OBJECTROOM" or "PAYPAL *THEOBJECTROOM" will appear on the cardholder’s statement for any transactions made through PayPal by an eligible card. All PayPal online payment transactions are secure and encrypted.

Please note that PayPal may not allow cross-border shipping. Depending on the country or region that your PayPal account is registered in, PayPal may restrict your order's shipping address to be in the same country. For example, if your PayPal account is registered in the USA, but you have entered a shipping address in Thailand for your order, PayPal may display an error message and your PayPal payment will not be processed.

Payment Policy Update

the OBJECT ROOM may at times make changes to our Payment Policy. For this reason, we recommend that you refer back to this page from time to time.

If this update occurs, we will post the new policy on our websites. Once posted, the new policy will go into effect immediately, replacing any previously stated policy. Your continued use of our websites constitutes your consent to the revised Payment Policy.

Translation

This Payment Policy may be translated into other languages for your convenience. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
