Welcome to the OBJECT ROOM websites (“theobjectroom.com” and our legacy site “theobjectroom.co.nz”). These websites are owned and operated by THE OBJECT ROOM CO., LTD. (“the OBJECT ROOM”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

THE OBJECT ROOM CO., LTD. is a registered limited company in Thailand with the Department of Business Development (DBD). We also registered as an e-Commerce business with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce of Thailand and obtained DBD Registered trademark (e-Commerce Business Operator Certification).

Under the Ministerial Regulation Volume 135, Section 96 Kor, The Royal Thai Government Gazette, 20 November B.E. 2561 (2018), the sale and purchase of goods or services through e-Commerce operate by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), are not considered as Direct Marketing, under the SME promotion law. Therefore we are exempted from the Direct Registration for Direct Marketing Business Operations, under the Thailand Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act, 2545 B.E. (2002) as amended by the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act (No.3) B.E. 2560 (2017), issued from the Office of the Consumer Protection Board of Thailand (OCPB).

These Terms and Conditions apply to both in-store (where it applicable) and online stores.

the OBJECT ROOM websites are online stores for the sole use of individuals and entities wishing to browse, select and order products from us.

Your access to and use of our websites, including your order of products through our websites, is governed by these Terms and Conditions. Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions.

Your use of our websites, including browsing and placing and order, constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions, and to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, do not use these websites nor place an order. Should you have any inquiry or uncertainty about our polices or Terms and Conditions, please contact us.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use these websites.

You understand that your personal information (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks; and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over payment gateway networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on our websites through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.

Our online stores are hosted on Shopify Inc. who provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Product Availability and Description Accuracy

All products displayed on our websites are available only whilst stocks last.

We make every effort to reflect products’ colours as accurately as possible. However, due to factors such as differences in monitors and screen settings, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.

All drawings, photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on our websites are issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on these websites.

Our websites may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our websites. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our websites.

Modifications of Service and Price

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

Fixed Price Items

Some of our brands hold a fixed price policy on products to maintain a consistency on retail pricing for the region, or even for the globe. Therefore, all fixed price items are not eligible for any promotion or sales that we may run from time to time.

A list of fixed price items is available in-store, or you may contact us to obtain one.

We reserve the right at any time to modify the list of fixed price items without notice.

Placing an Order

By placing an order with the OBJECT ROOM online stores, you are required to acknowledge you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, by selecting the tick box at the shopping bag page before checkout process. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, you should contact us before placing your order.

All prices on these websites are in Thai Baht (THB) and include 7% VAT (Value Added Tax).

All prices are quoted exclusive of shipping costs, which will be charged at the rate specified during the checkout.

We will send an order confirmation email once we received your order, where a valid email address is provided. If you have provided us a valid mobile number, you may also receive such confirmation via SMS.

All purchases made at our online stores will be processed within next business day at the latest, providing payment has been received by us, and also depending on the shipping method that you have chosen. We will notify you via email or SMS once the order is available to pick up in-store or is ready to be shipped.

During the order process, if we find out where there is a delay, likelihood of delay or the selected products are not available to supply, we will contact you immediately to provide a refund, or to provide an alternative replacement or to agree on a later delivery time with you.

the OBJECT ROOM reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. In this case, any payment you have made will be refunded immediately, by the same payment method that you have used.

Promotion Codes

From time to time, we may apply reductions against the normal prices of selected products and/or their shipping costs. We may do this by applying promotion codes to the listings of those products on our websites, in which case the deductions will be labelled on the websites and applied automatically at the checkout process. You may also receive a promotion code through our newsletters, advertising material, or social media, in which case you will need to enter the promotion code at the checkout process and the promotional detail will reflect at the checkout summary once the valid promotion code has been applied correctly. Please note that promotion codes may have their own specific Terms and Conditions, please refer back to the promotional material you received.

Promotion codes are only to be used by the intended recipient. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or fixed price items. We retain the right to withdraw or extend offers and promotions at any time. Promotion codes cannot be added retrospectively to an order. The minimum specified order threshold is the value of the whole order before promotion code is applied.


Payment currency for purchases made via our websites is Thai Baht (THB). While the content of your cart might be displayed in your selected currency, the currency conversion is provided only as a reference. the OBJECT ROOM uses online payment gateway - 2C2P and PayPal, to process all credit card and selected e-wallet payments. All transactions are secured and encrypted by your selected payment gateway. the OBJECT ROOM also accepts offline payment by bank deposit (via ATM, branch, internet banking, mobile banking and PromptPay QR Code) and Rabbit LINE Pay as payment options for our Thailand customers. By using either online or offline payment method, your credit card, e-wallet or bank account details will not be saved by us.

the OBJECT ROOM do not charge any convenience fee, service fee, credit card / bank fee, currency exchange fee nor any transactional fee by using 2C2P, PayPal or LINE Pay. However, if your credit card's, e-wallet’s, PayPal account’s or Rabbit LINE Pay account’s main currency is other than Thai Baht (THB), your credit card, e-wallet provider, PayPal or LINE Pay may charge for foreign transactions fees. Please note that the OBJECT ROOM is not responsible for such fees. Please contact your credit card or e-wallet provider for more information.

No payment shall be deemed to have been received until we have received payment in cleared funds. Payments made via online payment gateway are authorised immediately, while offline payments’ clearance times can be vary, which depends on your bank and/or the payment option that you have selected.

the OBJECT ROOM online stores accept Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover cards, as well as Alipay and WeChat Pay e-wallet through 2C2P. "2C2P *THEOBJECTROOM" will appear on the cardholder’s or e-wallet’s statement for any transactions made through 2C2P.

the OBJECT ROOM online stores accept online payment through PayPal. "PAYPAL *OBJECTROOM" or "PAYPAL *THEOBJECTROOM" will appear on the cardholder’s statement for any transactions made through PayPal by a credit card. Please note that PayPal may have restriction on the use of credit card type or PayPal balance based on the account registered countries or regions.

the OBJECT ROOM online stores accept offline payment by bank deposit (via ATM, branch, internet banking, mobile banking and PromptPay QR Code) as payment option for our Thailand customers. Payment by PromptPay QR Code is our preferred method. the OBJECT ROOM use Bangkok Bank BeMerchant service for PromptPay QR Code payment, which allow us to verify your payment momentarily and no payment confirmation is required to send to us. For other bank deposit payment method (via ATM, branch, internet banking and mobile banking), a payment confirmation (photo of bank deposit slip or screenshot of transfer confirmation) is required before we proceed further with your order.

Bangkok Bank is our dedicated bank. You may make a cash deposit at one of the Bangkok Bank branches or ATMs. To use internet banking, mobile banking or PromptPay QR Code to transfer payment, you are required to have such service setup prior to making payment. If you are using another bank network other than Bangkok Bank, a transaction fee may be charged by your bank. Please note that the OBJECT ROOM is not responsible for such fee. Please contact your bank for more information.

Please note that bank deposit through Telegraphic Transfer (TT) is not available for our international customers.

the OBJECT ROOM online stores accept offline payment through Rabbit LINE Pay. "LINEPAY*THEOBJECTROOM" will appear on the cardholder’s statement for any transactions made through Rabbit LINE Pay by a credit card. Please note that customer with LINE Pay (other than Thailand's Rabbit LINE Pay) may have restriction on the use of credit card type or LINE Pay balance based on the account registered countries or regions.


Your shipping rate will be automatically calculated on check-out, after you have provided us with your shipping address, postal code and country. the OBJECT ROOM asks that you ensure you have provided the correct address, postal code and country, as in the situation that an incorrect address and/or postal code has been entered, your order may be delayed, and we may need to contact you for clarification before your order can be sent.

You may find all the information about shipping rates and targeted time of delivery at our Shipping Info page. Please note that targeted delivery time is an estimated, non-guaranteed time of delivery once shipped, and is not including any time processing of your fully paid order.

We reserve the right to at any time to modify or discontinue any shipping service or shipping fee without notice, which includes any Free Shipping promotion.

All purchases made through our online stores and require to be shipped, will be processed within 24 hours at the latest, or within 1 hour if you have chosen urgent delivery service, providing that payment has been received by us. Unless you have chosen urgent delivery service, if your order is made on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, your order may not be shipped or collected by our shipping company until the next business day, depending on the shipping method that you have chosen. We will notify you via email or SMS once the order is ready to be shipped. A tracking number will be provided in this email or SMS. All shipments will include tracking and insurance.

Urgent delivery service is only available for order shipments to Bangkok, Nonthaburi and Samut Prakan areas that are within 30 km from our store. See coverage area map here. In the situation where your order cannot be delivered due to no one is being present or able to receive the shipment, your order will be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

the OBJECT ROOM do not have permission to give any special delivery instructions to shipping companies (“Leave at lobby”, for example). If you wish, you may contact the shipping company directly once you have received your tracking number from us as most companies will only allow the recipient to provide permission for such requests.

Please note that your order’s shipment is insured up to the point of final delivery at the provided shipping address. If you have requested a special delivery or on demand delivery instruction with the shipping company, the insurance will cease at the time you made such request. the OBJECT ROOM is not responsible if your shipment is stolen, lost or damaged after the final delivery at the provided shipping address, or after you have made a special delivery or on demand delivery instruction with the shipping company. Special delivery or on demand delivery instructions include but are not limited to, leaving the shipment at certain place at the provided shipping address (such as lobby, front door, garage or neighbour for example, regardless of whether or not it is attended or secured), redirecting the shipment to an alternative address or pickup service point / locker, waiving signature release, putting the shipment on hold, or any other instruction that breaks the normal chain of delivery.

Pickup In-Store

the OBJECT ROOM provide a pickup in-store option for your convenience. You may pick up your own order personally or by designating an alternate pickup person, including your own messenger. If the person who will be picking up the order is someone other than the person who made the order, please notify us of this before pickup is made.

Please note that if you are using your own messenger for pickup, you must notify us before the pickup. Without your notice in advance, we are not able to release your order to anyone other than the person who made the order. Once your order has been picked up, the OBJECT ROOM shall not be held responsible if your order is stolen, lost or damaged.

Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you by email or SMS if you provided us with your mobile number. Usually within 1 hour during our opening hours. When picking up your order in-store, you or your alternate pickup person must show a valid government-issued photo ID, for example Thai ID, driver licence or passport.

Orders will be kept in-store for 7 days after your order has been placed and you have received the Order Confirmation email. If your order has not been picked up within 7 days, we will return all objects back to stock and the total amount that you paid will become an in-store credit which is valid for 14 days.

Should you require the order to be shipped instead, standard shipping rules apply. If your order is subject to shipping fee, you are required to make such payment before your order shipped.

Duties and Taxes for International Customers

the OBJECT ROOM ships internationally outside of Thailand with Incoterms DAP (Delivered at Place), which means Buyer / Recipient pays the customs clearance charges, storage charges, customs duties and import taxes while the Seller / Sender pays for transportation and insurance costs. the OBJECT ROOM is not responsible for any import tax, duties, customs clearance fees, storage fees or any other additional expenses that may occur on delivery to addresses outside of Thailand. Your shipment may be subject to customs clearance or other related procedures, which can cause delays beyond the targeted delivery time.

Some countries may have restrictions / requirements on importing certain items, which may include additional procedures and costs. the OBJECT ROOM asks that you ensure such restrictions / requirements before ordering from our websites. the OBJECT ROOM is not responsible for any costs that may occur for these extra procedures to fulfil such restrictions / requirements. Should you have any concern or questions in regard to this, please contact your local customs department to get more information.

Should you not be willing to pay any of the import tax, duties, customs clearance fees, storage fees or any other additional expenses that may occur during the delivery, your shipment will be abandoned by DHL Express. In this instance, the OBJECT ROOM will not be able to refund your order, including any shipping fee paid.

Amend or Cancel Your Order

Due to the speed at which our team work, we can make no guarantees to change or cancel orders prior to shipping. If an order has been booked in & collected by our shipping company, we cannot cancel or amend it. However, once you have received your order, you can then return it following our Return Policy.

the OBJECT ROOM may at times make changes to our Terms and Conditions. Any new features or tools which are added to the current site shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. For this reason, we recommend that you refer back to this page from time to time.

If this update occurs, we will post the new Terms and Conditions on our websites. Once posted, the new Terms and Conditions will go into effect immediately, replacing any previously stated Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of our websites constitutes your acceptance of those changes and consent to the revised Terms and Conditions.

English is Our First Language
