Earl of East is creative business founded by Niko Dafkos and Paul Firmin in 2014.

What started out as a shared passion project, has grown organically from side-hustle to a business with a team of 18 located in London, UK. A love of fragrance and a desire to build something of their own led Earl of East to develop a line of home fragrance products, which has since expanded from just three candles to a line that encompasses, candles, incense, home mists and bath and body products, all of which are produced by Earl of East in London. At the OBJECT ROOM, we stock a selection of candles.

This scent was created by Earl of East after a trip to Lisbon in Portugal. Working with a blend of sweet coconut, green oregano and earthy vetiver to exhilarate the fig leaf, creating a sense of hazy & balmy summer nights. The aim was to reinvent the scent of the whole fig tree, from the crisp verdancy and the bitter stems, the bark and the freshness of the sap. When burning the combination of both earthy and sweet notes create and inspiring atmosphere.
